Father and Son.

These pictures were taken in Kerima, Sudan- about 400km north of the capital, Khartoum. Jebel Barkal, or 'Mystic Mountain' has been the site of my father's archaeological excavations for the last 25 years, and in that time, Ive traveled and worked with him twice.

The top picture you can see myself and him sitting at the base of this 'Jebel', or sandstone mountain. This picture was taken maybe 30 minutes past dusk- with a full moon up above. 


The day was blotted out due to seasonal sandstorms, and night always brought a clear and calm night.
